This is what i think is my best lyracist work, when i first wrote them, i was fitting them to go with "Dinner and a movie" by lagwagon and the chorus "Reeko" by NOFX i changed them a bit and fitted them to a song my old band captain pleasure did the song was called "no more news" hence the name
